SHIPPING AND RETURNS

On all purchases we are currently offering free shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS) worldwide. A handling fee  of $10 will be added to purchases shipped to locations outside the United States of America.

If you are unhappy with the product, for any reason, please send us an email at b.swell.ceramics@gmail.com.  Let us know why and include a picture, if necessary. No matter the reason, for 30 days after purchase, we can exchange it for an equivalent or issue a full refund.

Buyer must have a receipt and pay for return shipping of the original purchase before an exchange or refund is issued. If the return is a result of our error, then we will send you a return shipping label to use.
